Two 1.5-1.8 kg. Chicken, remove the spine
1 loaf of rustic bread, cut into long slices 2 cm thick.
1/4 cup olive oil
4 lemons, cut in half
1/2 cup of parsley leaves
How to cook:
Preheat the grill.
Stir paprika, salt, black pepper and cayenne pepper.
Spread the chicken with the spices.
